Niki
Flandorfer can
hear new conversations in the business world. He feels these
conversations will make companies more human and focused
on people and culture by recognizing them as the prime movers
of success.
Niki Flandorfer is inspiring metalayer since it's earliest
days. Niki and Markus met in September, 1999 and spent many
a nights in the office, or in Niki's "war-room" in the basement,
co-developing the metalayer vision, while working at daytime
for their former employer - Deloitte Consulting. Niki was
an Internet consultant and a member of the European ebusiness
Core Team. Niki joined metalayer in October, 2001. He is
the Co-founder, Chief Knowledge Officer and a board member.
Today he leads the European Sales Operations and as a Knowledge
Officer, he constantly educates and inspires the organization.

We
