metalayer
is built on a very unique and soon to be patented technology
that allows businesses and other organizations to become more
co-creative in a collaborative context. They can easily weave
their thoughts and feelings together in identifying actionable
items that will help the business seize profitable new business
opportunities. The core of the technology is the metalayer
IdeaWeaver™ Shuttle, which contains all the relevant tools
for collaborative teaming. The Shuttle makes it possible to
initiate a discussion, ask a question, and put a link at any
place in the environment and many other things. Read History
of metalayer
metalayer
can be viewed from a technological or business community point
of view. Technically, it puts a CONTEXT between the data and
applications and their presentation. From a business perspective,
it makes it possible to draw on an individuals’ thoughts and
feelings, in community, to open new horizons of possibilities.

The
metalayer Environment The
Community Hub (Comty)

As
noted, the beauty and power of metalayer resides in the metalayer
IdeaWeaver™ Shuttle. It makes it possible to initiate any
of the above objects (tools) at any place within the environment.
As first it may seem messy, but the community soon finds its
own structure
The
spirit of metalayer is one of open and shared conversations.
Therefore most of the tools support "many-to-many"
collaboration. It is also possible to have small meetings,
which we call "some-to-some" working together. One
person usually initiates a presentation, vote or questionnaire,
so we call this "one-to-many" communication. In
addition, it is still possible to have "one-to-one"
private meetings where necessary. Knowing that there is also
a larger world outside the Community Hub, it is easy to send
eMail or SMS alerts to the wider community.
The
best way to learn metalayer is just to start using it. Go
first to the practice in your Community Hub (Comty) and test
out the Shuttle, create a Discussion, upload a File, and insert
a URL. Try other things as well. If you need further help,
we have put together this Section. Skim it over briefly and
then return to it only as needed. Soon you will not need any
documentation.
