A portal management team
is exclusively appointed for each hub in order to ensure all the phases of hub
implementation, training and smooth operations.
The Portal Manager ensures
the complete operation and maintenance of the portal. This person is responsible for User
Management which includes maintaining the access levels of the portal and catering to any
requests from individual users. The PM also takes care of communites, creating new ones,
and maintaining and monitoring the existing communites on the hub. Various user reports
are also maintained by the Pm on request, which are used to study the portal activity and
accordingly manage the portal for maximum efficiency.
The Portal Management Team
